   Thanks to Forest and Bird for sponsoring the awards at the annual Ashburton Society or Arts awards last night at the Ashburton art gallery. I was delighted to be awarded the Flora and Fauna prize for my tondo "Harakeke Porthole' 70cms diameter acrylic on canvas. Judged by Min Kim I was very grateful to be recognised at this lovely art show. The show is on for the next couple of weeks and all artworks are for sale.

Thanks to Treena Swift from Swift Designs, her lovely clients and Stuff for the great article about favourite rooms of interior designers this week. I was delighted to see that they featured my commission which was created for the living room in this new local home. I'm excited to see how it all worked out when the room was dressed and completed.
